Responsibility:


  1. RM Will be Responsible for Achieving sales Target of Defined Region/Customers.


  1. RM will be face of company for the assigned region/customers & will be one point contact. All communication will be thru RM.


  1. RM will work for increasing the share of business amongst existing customers and also for identifying new customers and bringing business from them.


  1. Enquiry generation -> quotation submission – > order finalization ->coordination with works execution of order -> payments collection->  post sales service related to Complaints -> feedback collection from customer . These all will be part of his responsibility


  1. Back office functions: Monitoring of enquiry registration/costing/ submission of offers/issuance of sale order etc. will be part of functioning on day to day basis.


  1. RM will help in brand building exercises by helping in organizing technical webinars, sharing company’s technical developments with customers, providing timely feedbacks about order acceptances/ delays/dispatches /complaint status etc.


  1. Continuous customer engagement and liaison will be a very important part of his activity .


  1. Over Night Travel will be 15 days in a month(min).


IMPORTANT CRITERIA /SKILL-


  1. 6-10 Years’ experience in industrial marketing (b2b- preferably direct sales),  & that too working in company and not at dealer/distributor level.


  1. Good communication skills. Good written English. Average spoken English. .


  1. Should be comfortable with modern day online tools for connectivity/networking/communicating with customers and HO.


  1. Candidate having exposure of industrial mktg of technical items/ spares & consumables /machinery & equipment / in steel plants or tube plants will be added advantage.


  1. Performance Appraisal of Candidate will be done by Head office.

  1. Fully responsible for the shift supervision and to achieve production target with quality parameters.
  2. Optimum utilization of manpower and machine.
  3. Improve productivity & ensure workers are producing as per machine capacity.
  4. Production should start in 1st shift at 0700 Hr, 2nd shift at 1530 Hr. and 3rd shift at 0000 Hr. In lunch time and shift change worker should leave machine only 5 minutes earlier.
  5. Shop floor discipline to be maintained.
  6. To control rejection/ rework.
  7. Ensure measuring equipment and tools are in good condition and available for use whenever required.
  8. All workers should use safety equipment as per guidelines.
  9. They should wear dress and shores.   In case of disobedience by worker, supervisor should inform in writing to HR department .If necessary he may ask worker to go to gate till further instruction of HR department  In 3rd shift, supervisor is fully responsible for whole campus activity including every department even for security also. In case of any trouble, he should inform HOD/ HR Head/ PGP.
  10. Overtime working is allowed. But it will need approval of unit head.
  11. While shift change the supervisor has to give charge properly to the next shift supervisor.
  12. To co-ordinate with maintenance for breakdown.

JOB DESCRIPTION-



  1. Inquiry generation from existing customers/New customers.
  2. Quotation’s submission and preparation of estimation.
  3. Access during negotiation to get better realization.
  4. Arrange zoom meetings in present/ normal conditions.
  5. To send intimation about dispatch/ delay in deliveries.
  6. Inquiry registration/Quotation conversion/Issuance of sale orders
  7. Co-ordination with works for timely execution of order
  8. .Payment collection.
  9. Customer feedback monitoring and follow up.
  10. SOPS to be Implement and to maintain in department
  11. All the data of zoom meetings, customer feedback, shipment delay to be monitored..Quotation follow-ups.


Important Skills – Good communication skill, knowledge of MS office, Good English verbal

Salary range per month: ₹ 22,000 - ₹ 25,000
